The delay in the employee being notified about being laid off was the company's bad that stemmed from an error in their record keeping of employee job classifications. I'm not sure why they waited until Monday to complete the layoff and inform the employee. If the company is withdrawing personal days or having people work on their vacations please call the Guild office or talk to any of the Guild officers who work on the fifth floor to let us know about the issues. If you'd like, call the Guild office on Monday to discuss the problems with either Shannon or Mary.
